The weather is getting cooler here in Mesa as we begin this new season. I arrived here last October, so this is my one year mark, after having survived the first summer.
In fact, this is when Arizona starts to become great place to live every year. The mild winter is worth spending 115F heat for a few months during the summer.
How about your own life? What if someone reflects your life and thinks about you, would you be “worth waiting for”?
I bet you are — your talent, gift, resourcefulness, personality, contribution is what your family, work, and community needs from you.
Every day, people are waiting for someone to lead. And, the important part to remember is, you don’t have to have charisma to lead anyone. But leading will give you the charisma you need.
If you have something you’re passionate about, find someone who can share the same passion as yours, then ask the person to also find someone else who shares, spread one person at a time.
It won’t be easy to make something exceptional happen, because if it was, it would not be worth waiting for.
But you are… you’re someone worth meeting and one this world needs.
